Please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions on this page. They limit our liability and outline the terms and conditions under which your vacation package will operate. Payment of deposit represents an acceptance by the traveler of the terms and conditions as stated here. These Terms are subject to change without notice.

Reservation Deposits and Payments: A deposit is required per guest (guest) at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the departure. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the due date. Payment received less that 60 days prior to the departure are subject to additional $50 late fee. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. For your convenience, check, money order, Master Card, Visa, and American Express are acceptable forms of payment.

Airport Taxes and Fees: U.S. Customs & Immigration fees, U.S. departure taxes, other governmental fees, air taxes, fuel surcharges and airport facility charges are not included in the basic tour price. These taxes and fees may vary prior to departure. Increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, taxes increase, or fuel surcharges. Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full.

Prices quoted in this website are in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Quotations are guaranteed upon full payment. US Currency devaluation of 10% or more will be added to unpaid balance.

Change/Amendment Fee:
A handling fee of $75 per guest will be charged for any alterations or amendments made to a reservation after a written confirmation have been issued. After departure, changes are not permitted & are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Cancellations and Refund Policy:
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing. Intial Payments are not refundable.. Cancellations less than 60 days before departure are subject to 30% per guest of the total price. Cancellations less than 45 days before departure are subject to 60% per guest of the total price. For cancellations received less than 30 days before departure or “no show”, there will be no refund. All claims for refund must be received within 30 days of the return date of the tour. Refunds can take up to 60 days for some services.
Air Portion: Once the airline tickets are issued, there will be no refund. After departure, any changes to the flight itinerary may entail additional charges. Since airfares and their conditions are subject to change, other charges may also apply.  Penalties assessed on rates before any promos or special discounts.

Air Transportation: Air transportation is in Economy Class on the scheduled airlines mentioned in the brochure, or other scheduled airlines of FTT choice. Air carrier selection and routing is at solo discretion of  FTT. To give you more options and greater flexibility, FTT offers customized air reservations. You may select subject to availability, the air carrier, flight times, stoppers and changes of departure or return dates. This service is available for $50 per guest, plus any applicable increase air costs. Request must be received in writing. Airfares included in the price are available at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.  International and domestic air schedules are subject to change at any time. FTT is not responsible for an airline cancels or delays a flight. If that occurs, you should work with the airline to ensure you arrive at your destination. FTT is not responsible to notifying passengers of flight schedule changes (flight times and flight numbers) after the air tickets are issued and documents have been sent. We recommend that you contact the airline within 72 hours of departure to reconfirm flights. Air transportation is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline's ticket contract. FTT will not provide any refund for portion of trips missed due to cancelled or delayed flights. Stopovers and deviations generally are not permitted. If the stopovers and deviations are permitted there is a service fee, as additional airline charges. Deviations and stopovers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A nonrefundable fee may apply to make such request and must be received in writing at least 90 days prior to departure.

Seat Assignment and Special Services:
Request for seat assignments, special meals and special services must be made with FTT at least 30 days before departure.

Tour Only Passengers:
If you make your own flight arrangements, FTT cannot be responsible for any inconveniences or cost incurred due to the changes in FTT and tour start/end dates and/or location.

Airport Transfers:
Arrival and departure transfers will be provided for both arrival and departures of Tour. Missed transfers will have to be paid by passengers.
Tour Route Alterations:
Due to unexpected circumstance, schedule change, equipment failures, delays, charter s of the vessels, tour routes and day-to-day itineraries may be altered without notice. FTT reserves the right to substitute itineraries, hotels or vessels without notice. In such case we will do everything we can to make sure the locations visited, the excursions taken and the hotels or vessels offered are similar to the ones originally planned. Any such alternations or substitutions of hotels or vessels will not affect the quality of the tour and will not result in eligibility for a cancellations or refund.

Hotels: Accommodations will be provided in hotels as listed in each itinerary. Any change made by guests, agents or subagents will be the responsibility of the guest for any additional payment due. FTT also reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar rating in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Extensions/land tours:
A minimum of 2 participants is required to operate.

Advance cancellation by FTT:
FTT reserves the right to cancel or postpone any Tour if the State Department (USA) restricts travel to the countries contained in the itinerary. FTT will provide a refund in this case.

Insurance: Trip Delay/Missed Connection, Accident, Medical Expense, cancellation due to family illness, Medical Evacuation, Repatriation, Baggage & Baggage Delay, Itinerary Change and Flight Accident Plan are not included in Tour prices. We strongly suggest you purchase  coverage from a 3rd party Travel Insurance Company

Baggage is carried at owner’s risk. FTT is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your luggage. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel Documents:
Each passenger must have a valid passport. Passport must be valid for six months after the return date of the trip. Visas are required for travel to some countries, guests are advised to consult with the appropriate consulate of each country included to determine if any visas are required. All visas must be obtained prior to departure. FTT cannot and will not be responsible for any delays or inconvenience caused by the refusal of a foreign consulate to issue Vsas.or denied boarding/entry into a country due to inappropriate Visa. In the event of such refusal, all expenses incurred by FTT, as well as all routine cancellation fees and charges, will be borne by the individual. Final tour documents will be sent 14 days prior to departure via email.  To issue printed documents, to be sent by post there is a $35 handling charge.

Not Included in Tour Price (unless indicated):
U.S. Custom & Immigration fees, departure taxes, fuel surcharges & airport facility charges, domestic airfare, visa, passport fees, excess baggage charges, custom and security charges, items of a guestal nature such as laundry, fax, telegraph and telephone expenses, room service, drinks, beverages, optional excursions are not included in the tour as well as other unforeseen personal expenses. Gratuities to tour directors, local guides and bus drivers are not included and are entirely at the participant's discretion.

Omissions: FTT is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochures, on Internet sites or in any other media where such information may be presented, we reserve the right to make corrections as required.

The responsibility of FTT and /or its representatives and/or its agents is limited. FTT acts only as an agent for the tour participants in all matters connected with the tour transportation, hotel & dining services, sightseeing tours, and other services, including all transportation whether by air, motor coach, rail, car, boat, or by any other means. FTT acts only on behalf cruise companies, hotels, airlines, bus companies and/or owners, operators or contractors (all hereinafter called Contractors) providing services in connection with these tours and all tickets, receipts, coupons and vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions specified by these Contractors. As an agent, FTT holds itself free of responsibility for any damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause. By accepting the coupons and tickets, or utilizing the services, tour participants agree that neither FTT nor its representatives and/or agents shall be liable for any loss, or additional expense, injury, or damage to the tour participants or their belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any other occurrences beyond the control of FTT, including breakdown in equipment, strikes, acts of god, fire, acts of quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays, cancellations or changes in routing or sequence or alternation of sightseeing in itinerary or schedules, etc.
FTT reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a tour or make changes in the itinerary whenever, in its sole judgment, if conditions warrant it, or if such cancellations and/or changes result from circumstances beyond the control of FTT, or it deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience of safety of the passengers. If FTT cancels the tour, it shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to FTT by the tour participant. The tour conditions become a binding contract when your enrollment and payment are received and accepted by FTT.
